This SaaS leader is taking world by storm! Having already dominated the US market they recently established their first EMEA Sales HQ here in Dublin to continue their success across Europe. With rapid growth of their inside sales team they now require a proactive, forward thinking Inside Sales Manager (Southern Europe) to join them and continue to drive this impressive growth in business.
You will lead, mentor and motive a team of highly ambitious Account Executives who are focusing on penetrating and closing new business across Southern Europe. You’ll will be responsible for building and leading a team, managing sales pipelines, and forecasting revenue.
- 4 years of experience in a closing role in software / SaaS sales
- 1+ Years experience managing a team of Inside Sales Reps / Account Executive (Not renewals or Biz Dev) in a SaaS sales environment
- Solid experience in leading a sales team in all areas of the sales cycle
- Fluent in Italian & Spanish, ideally both but one is sufficient
- Proactive, strategic thinker who delivers results
- Personable; able to work as a member of small team and to interact with peers and internal departments
- Good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
