* Reach out to new and existing customers using the phone and email (cold calling). You must love communicating over the phone!
* Gain a deep understanding of the product and its commercial benefits.
* Research potential clients on the internet and LinkedIn.
* Research prospects to determine a strategic Sales approach.
* Book meetings for the Business Development Managers to attend.
* Represent the company at industry events and technology exhibitions.
* Creating and tracking leads on CRM system.
* Develop new customers and maintaining client relationships in SME sector.
* Managing the sales process from enquiry through to order
* Providing timely responses to inbound queries.
* 2 years in an outbound sales/business development role.
* Good problem-solving skills, innovative and energetic approach.
* Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner.
* Proven record of working to targets.
* Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Computer literate, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
