Hartley People are looking to recruit a Sales Manager - The role is based out of Carlow however the right candidate can be from anywhere in Ireland as a check in to the main office is required just once per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in marketing products to architects, specifiers, local authorities and contractors
- Experience in negotiating with contractors
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
- 1 day per week in the office in Carlow
Role Requirements:
- A strong sales track record in the construction industry
- Previous people management experience
- Experience with long sales cycles (This cycles can range from 6, 12 or 24 months)
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
