THE COMPANY: With over 85 years of growth behind them, this up and coming organisation is now looking to recruit a new Customer Service Representative to join their strong internal team. They sell a wide range of dental equipment and supplies and are looking to grow their turnover proactively. They are a €multi-billion company and operate globally.
THE ROLE: This Internal Sales role involves gaining both gross profit and invoiced sales targets, processing customer orders, up-selling and cross selling. Handling in a professional and timely manner a set number of customers for both current and lapsed and accounts to be prospected. Dealing with dentists and dental nurses, this role offers very impressive progression opportunities.
You will ideally come from a sales administration background, be highly adept at using PowerPoint and Excel and be capable of working under pressure.
FOR THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
* Telesales experience/graduates with sales experience
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Attention to detail
* Outgoing, result driven personality
* Excellent telephone manner
* Computer skills, Database efficiency
LOCATION: Open to candidates within commutable distance to Dublin.
