Irish Recruitment Consultants are looking to hire a Telesales Team Leader for one of our clients. The successful candidate will manage a team of telesales agents.
* Managing and leading a team of employees
* Communicating company sales goals, safety practices and deadlines to the team
* Motivating team members and assessing performance
* Providing help to management, including hiring and training and keeping management updated on team performance
* Communicating concerns and policies among management and team members
* Answering team member questions, helping with team member problems and overseeing team member work for quality and guideline compliance
* Developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
* Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
* Generating and sharing comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives and deadlines
* Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries and effectively handling customer complaints when required
