Role Purpose

Manage and maintain effective and compliant functional specific training solutions aligned with relevant corporate strategies
Drive standardisation, consistency, and excellence in training and learning across the function in collaboration with IT OPS Workforce Strategy

Major Accountabilities

� Support training & learning strategy implementation ensuring alignment with end user, functional and organisational requirements, priorities, and needs

� Coordinate effective training, communication and awareness campaigns within function

� Collaborate with internal, e.g. PLS and external training and learning organisations to plan and deliver learning programs and initiatives

� Support definition of appropriate specific training curriculum for internals and externals within respective Function

� Facilitate data content creation within function to compose global portfolio training curriculum

� Manage delivery and monitoring of function specific training, adhering to regulatory compliance requirements

� Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive continuous professional development of associates

� Promote and engage in the use of training best practice concepts for content creation and training evaluation

� Promote innovation and continuous improvement for training and learning by utilising latest learning theory, techniques, systems, and tools

� Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures in scope of the Training Expert role
