THE COMPANY: Established for over 50 years, this market leading multi-national manufacturer are involved in creating tailor made solutions for organisations within various sectors including construction, corporate commercial end users, industrial & manufacturing end users, education, leisure, hospitality and local authorities. THE ROLE: This successful Assistant Manager will get involved in the sales process alongside the sales team, along with being responsible for overseeing the management of this busy Dublin office. Responsibilities will include technical support, customer service, estimations and quotations, sales, dealing with leads and enquiries etc.

FOR THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage a dynamic and busy team
* Ideally you will have worked in the construction sector.
* Candidates coming from a hire background will have a distinct advantage
* Experience with CRM systems is a must.

THE PACKAGE:

* €38,000 - €45,000 Base Salary
* 10% OTE
* Healthcare, Pension
