Recruitment Consultant – Reperio Human Capital - (Trainee / Graduate)

Reperio Human Capital are a leading recruitment consultancy in Belfast, specialising in the IT and Software Development market in the Republic of Ireland.
We are expanding our specialist recruitment team, and are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to work in a dynamic and rewarding office environment.

To be successful:
• you should have previous experience in a sales orientated role (minimum 6 months)
• you will be highly motivated and thrive under pressure
• you should have experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
• you will be an excellent communicator who can present to various stakeholders
