The role

We are looking for High potential candidates, with a desire to succeed, to join our Belfast office. You will be responsible for the full 360 process of recruitment for your clients. This includes:

* Developing and managing client relationships
* Interviewing and sourcing the right candidates
* Managing the recruitment process and aftercare

What the role requires?

* Self-motivation with a desire to start a career in recruitment sales
* Resilience – ability to handle rejection, with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Negotiating skills, confidence and ambition to succeed
* Enthusiasm and passion about working in a sales environment
