Salary: €70 base, €70k OTE + benefits

This US Software Provider is actively seeking a smart, ambitious Country Sales Manager to join their rapidly growing international sales team in their new EMEA HQ here in Dublin. They pride themselves in creating a workplace for success, offering a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be empowered to sell smart and dominate the marketplace.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, proactive and highly driven individual who likes challenges and is committed to evolving their career in software sales.

You will be taking on a brand new role, developing business from the ground up across the DACH market, which will see you developing new and growing existing business, working closing with the VP of marketing to generate quality leads and travelling 25% of your time to meet with clients. This role requires someone with a real hunter mentality and a real passion for what you do - sales!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow new business and market awareness across the DACH Market
  • Manage sales cycle from cradle to grave
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline and manage the opportunity sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to optimise every aspect of the product offering and customer engagement process.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals each month and quarter to ensure revenue objectives. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Min. 4 years full sales cycle experience, with a demonstrated  track record in selling technology-based solutions and services (preferably SaaS solutions) at the executive level into mid-size businesses.
  • Experience selling to both IT and Business users.
  • Exceptional verbal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
  • Goal oriented, fearless hunter, hungry for challenges.
