Inbound Sales Executive

The Role

Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive to join this growing team. All inbound leads from the UK and Irish markets and the role will involve up selling the company’s products to potential customers.

 Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Proven track record in achieving targets in a sales related environment;

·        Excellent phone manner and sales experience essential;

·        Highly motivated, focused and enthusiastic individual;

·        Report regularly to your manager on pipeline and prospects;

·        Strong team player, contribute to overall team performance, including support and

assistance of other team members;

·         Ensure first class customer service levels are met at all times;

·         Strong PC knowledge and typing skills;

·         1 years in a fast-paced service industry ideally in telesales or a call centre environment.

Responsibilities will include:

·         To achieve KPI's across the service and quality;

·         To work in a structured and productive way that maximises the data you are provided;

·         Report against daily and weekly results;

·         Keep abreast of competitor’s products and services and share knowledge across the

·         Team;

·         Take ownership of all customer queries in terms of follow up and escalation;

·         Enter customer details and other information in an accurate and efficient manner to

the relevant systems;

·         Maintain an up-to-date level of product, systems and procedural knowledge;

·         Promote all value-added services to customers;

·         Ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times.
