As part of that plan, we are building out our sales team and looking to add a Sales Development Representative to the team.

ROLE:

 

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, process-based, results focussed, high energy Sales Development Representative who will work with us in systematically expanding and deepening our pipeline of prospects and new sales opportunities.

 

Collaborating with the management team, you will take responsibility for the vitally important early stages of the enterprise sales cycle.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lead generator, telesales or business development exec with a proven track record in business to business lead generation to progress their career with a company that has an ambitious growth plan.

 

The successful candidate will have opportunity to quickly progress their career to Account Executive/Account Manager and manage their own sales opportunities through to close.

 

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

 

·         Prospect into target accounts, pro-actively search for and develop new opportunities that fit Bankhawk’s sweet spot customer and project criteria

·         Undertake preliminary customer and project qualification prior to passing fit for purpose opportunities onwards to the sales team

·         Self-generate new leads in target segments using your own initiative and your own marketing efforts

·         Represent  the company at periodic marketing events both at home and internationally

·         Work independently to meet lead generation targets and goals assigned by the company

·         Develop an overall lead generation strategy leveraging stakeholders including the management team, data analysts and outsourced marketing

·         Autonomous creation and generation of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email campaigns, social media (LinkedIn), tele-sales and related activities e.g. webinars

·         Independently conceive, implement and report successful lead generation campaigns without relying on marketing generated inbound leads

·         Follow-up on marketing generated leads

 

CORE REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)

 

·         You are a person with a proven track record of success in lead generation in one or more of the following: enterprise software, business applications, professional services or financial services  

·         You have 3+ years experience including

o    targeting Fortune/Global 2000 type accounts

o    generating leads with finance leaders or other C-levels

·         You have domain knowledge of or experience working in banking, card acquiring or related financial services

·         Your ability to manage multiple sales leads concurrently is proven and demonstrable

·         You have excellent communication skills and ability to interact across all levels of organizations

·         Your experience with maintaining and productively using CRM data is exemplary

·         You have boundless tenacity and drive with proven ability to get meetings with prime targets and build relationships with new prospects

·         You are fluent in oral and written English

·         You will be based in our Dublin office and relish the periodic travel to trade-shows and sales/other meetings as required

·         You are authorised to work in Ireland

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)

 

·         Proven demonstrable experience with marketing automation tools and digital marketing content creation

·         Hands-on experience of ERP/Financial Management solutions such as SAP, Oracle etc.

·         Formal sales training and a business degree/diploma or accountancy qualification
