THE COMPANY: This Irish grown FMCG manufacturer has enjoyed enviable growth in their market share and as a result they are expanding their highly successful sales team. They have invested heavily in the latest technology to ensure they stay ahead of their competitors and can consistently produce high quality and innovative ranges.
THE ROLE: In your role as a Business development Manager, you will call upon an established and loyal client base of retailers. You will be speaking with the Store manager and shop floor staff to ensure you product is stocked & displayed correctly whilst ensuring best practice is followed.
Excellent initial and ongoing training is provided as well as strong managerial support.
THE CANDIDATE: What you have sold is of no major importance. You will be structured in your approach and have the ability to build long term relationships with clients. This role would someone trying to break into sales or looking for their 2nd move in the industry.
You will be out going, driven and have an excellent work ethic. This is an exciting time to join the business and they continue to grow their market share in Ireland and expansion into the UK.
* Base salary: €24,000 - €32,000
* 10% bonus
