Car Sales Manager – Rentals
Field Based (with travel to sites throughout Ireland, including our client’s head office in Dublin)

Our client is a market-leading car rental company in Ireland. They are now looking for a Car Sales Manager to join their team.

As well as structured courses and on-the-job training, they do whatever they can to help their employees progress within the business and realise their professional goals.
As the Car Sales Manager, you’ll generate business for our client’s RCR services, focusing on insurance companies, bodyshops and car dealerships.
Your role will be split 60/40 with team management activities engaging the larger portion and relationships management and sales duties taking the remaining 40%.
Working in a regional capacity, you will spend around 80% of your time travelling with the majority of your sales activity taking place in Leinster, as this is where the main client base is located.
Focusing on providing an outstanding level of customer service, you will:
- Manage, develop and provide guidance to your team
- Create a business development plan for key customers, focusing on meeting their needs and providing a great experience
- Identify new business and build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Travel to visit customers and attend company meetings
- Carry out reporting
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- At least two years’ people management experience
- Account management experience
- B2B sales experience
Enthusiastic and customer-focused, as a Car Sales Manager, you’ll have excellent communication skills, a self-motivated approach and the ability to motivate others.
Experience and/or knowledge of the insurance industry, car sales or garage repair businesses would be beneficial to your application.
