About the Employer:

Our client, a well-known building material supplier within the construction industry, require a Sales Representative to join their successful sales team. As the Sales Representative you will get the chance to work with some of the best-known companies in the industry, you will become part of a growing family business and you will have the chance to make a name for yourself representing an already well-established company within a thriving industry.

 Benefits:

·         €30,000-35,000 salary

·         Bonus on Achievement of sales target and a % of sales thereafter

 The Successful Candidate:

·         You have a full clean driver’s license

·         You have experience in a similar role, however, experience in the construction industry is not essential as full and comprehensive training will be given

·         You have excellent communication and organisational skills

·         You will have an outgoing personality,

·         You are a hard-working self-starter

·         You will be hungry to succeed

·         You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team

·         You must have excellent communication skills  

 As Field Sales Representative some of your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Maximise sales and promote the company within the industry

·         Planning and organising your week strategically

·         Source and secure new business

·         Meeting agreed sales targets

·         Manage existing and new accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
