Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily sales administration duties plus back up to sales team
  • Entering customer orders into warehouse system
  • Taking customer orders, from phone/email/fax and answering switchboard
  • Credit Control
  • Inputting sales & purchase Ledger invoices
  • Filing (manual and electronic)
  •  Franking, sorting and recording outgoing mail
  • Dealing with customer queries

Personal requirements:

  • Be Fluent in English
  • Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar post
  • The successful candidate will have a warm friendly Yes I can! attitude.
  • Thrives on taking responsibility and working in an empowered environment
  • You will be organised in your approach to work and will enjoy working in a busy team environment.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8:45 - 17:00, Friday 8:45 - 16:00

This will be a fixed term specified contract to cover maternity leave.
