Duties to include but not restricted to:
* To work with the Operations Team and Management to ensure that all day to day operational requirements are met.
* Processing bookings and invoices.
* Drafting quotes.
* Database management.
* To report to the General Manager and undertake any duties as required by them.
* General office/administrative duties as directed by Managing Director or General Manger.
Must have skills and experience:
* A very high degree of organisational ability and attention to detail. If they don’t have this then is a total deal breaker.
* A huge desire to work within a sports related industry.
* Willingness to learn.
* Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ambition is a must.
* They must have a genuine interest, knowledge and passion in sport.
You must have your own transport as location in County Limerick – not Limerick City.
