Our client based in the South Dublin area is looking to recruit a Business Account Manager for an immediate start.
You will manage a portfolio of clients of varying sizes, ensuring that any queries they may have regarding their services are addressed efficiently. You will be proactive in contacting new customers, as well as existing customer base, to offer quotes for products and any additional services that they may require.
Duties include:
- Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Taking ownership of accounts throughout the lifecycle of the client
- Oversee the day-to-day requirements of the clients
- Liaise with third party vendors to offer the customer a full-service experience
- Carrying out reporting and administration tasks associated with your clients
- Actively contribute to the profitability of the accounts you manage
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 1-3 years Customer Service experience gained in a B2B or residential telecoms environment required
- Previous Account Management or Case Management experience preferable
- Degree educated or equivalent desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business both over the phone and in writing
- Good planning, organisational and time management skills
