THE ROLE: The successful Sales Manager will be covering 32 counties and will be responsible for managing a team of 10 BDM’s throughout Ireland, most of whom are experienced and successful in what they do. We are not looking for a micro manager, we are looking for someone to challenge the status quo and look at the strategic aspect of the business to identify growth opportunities.
THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with established sales managers, who are polished and professional with an ability to not only build but also maintain relationships and manage others. You will be an innovative and strategic sales manager with a proven track record of success. You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for business with you and drive the team forward. You will be analytical, dynamic and have an entrepreneurial flair for business.
Ideally you will have a background in foodservice or hospitality although this is not essential.
* Basic: €65,000 - €70,000
* Bonus: Annual
* Fully expensed company car
