The ideal candidate will have experience in admin and dealing with customers via phone / email with excellent attention to detail providing a top rated customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
· Managing Post Sales Process for Booking / Rescheduling Meter Installations
· Managing Post Sales Process to ensure all correct marketing messaging has been sent
· Maintaining regular customer touch points to ensure a high right party contact rate
· Compiling daily / monthly reports in Excel
· Dealing with a large variety of inbound calls as well as making outbound calls
· Updating customer accounts and ensuring all information has been captured as required
Essential Candidate Skills and Experience:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a fast paced office environment
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Experience working in the Utilities sector advantageous
· Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office required
· Considerable attention to detail desired
· Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
· Excellent numerical skills an advantage
· Experience of working within a Target Based role advantageous
