THE COMPANY: This heritage brand name has been manufacturing and exporting high quality pet food across the world for over 100 years. Our clients products have an excellent reputation for quality and are sought after by key opinion leaders in the sector, including veterinarians, pharmacy and co-op owners and pet store owners.
THE ROLE: The new Sales Representative will be responsible for covering a territory comprised of Dublin, Meath, Galway and Limerick and will be targeted on sales of animal nutraceuticals (large animal, equine and pet) into the trade which will include veterinary clients, pharmacies, co-ops and wholesalers. You role will be split between new business development as well as account management. This is a great opportunity to join a well established business and make your make as a player in the industry, with medium to long term career prospects.
THE PERSON: For this role, we are looking to speak to experienced sales people with experience in the animal health sector. Ideally you will have experience selling to veterinary practices, or experience selling animal health products to pharmacies. However, if you have a qualification in animal science, or have trained or worked as a vet and want to break into a sales role where you can apply your existing animal health knowledge, please apply.
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary: €35,000 - €40,000
* +10% Bonus
* Company Car: fully expensed
* Pension, 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
