Our Client, an Award-Winning Hotel in Co. Wicklow, is currently hiring a motivated and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to manage their sales team. This Hotel is over 100 years old and boasts a 5 Star Leisure Club and Treatment Suites.

The Successful Candidate:

·         You have experience in a similar role in the Hotel Industry

·         You have a relevant 3rd Level Qualification

·         You have excellent sales skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

·         You have excellent relationship building skills, and have a network of industry contacts

·         You have excellent communication and organisational skills

·         You have a full clean driver’s license and your own car

As Sales & Marketing Manager some of your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Managing all sales and marketing activities for the Hotel

·         Developing sales plans to meet and exceed Room, MICE and Revenue targets

·         Developing and sourcing new business

·         Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing clients

·         Conducting market research to fully know your competitors

·         Updating the website with relevant news / promotions / content to reflect and in line with other business activity

·         Developing content marketing plan for the company website and search engines
