Job Description:

We are recruiting for Student Care Consultants (Customer Service) who have good experience in customer service and have a good knowledge of technology and online learning.

Responsibilities:

* Providing excellent customer service to current and new customers
* Guiding customers through their online training
* Using telephone and computer communication
* Having good knowledge of online learning

Requirements:

* Good customer service skills
* Good communication skills
* Computer literate
* Knowledge of technology (an advantage but not desired)
* Trustworthy and outgoing
