Our client is looking for an on the road Sales Manager to join their team selling products to retail throughout Munster. The successful person will be a results-driven sales representative actively seeking out and engage customers - both existing and new. This person will have already worked and thrived for at least a year on the road selling in a retail environment with a proven excellent record of achieving and over exceeding on kpis on a monthly basis.

Benifits include: an excellent base salary, van and commission on all sales.

Specific Skills / Experience:

* 1+ year of experience in on the road sales Retail environment
* Demonstrated sales record selling to store owners
* Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
* Strong persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good listener; able to identify and adapt to different clients
* Very well presented, motivated, driven and enthusiastic with strong business, market and commercial awareness
* Flexible individual capable of adapting in a high-growth environment
* Team player; able to contribute positively to the team and throughout the organisation but also able to maintain a high-level of autonomy
