Responsibilities

·         Calling warm, new business leads.

·         Building relationships with clients and creating new business opportunities.

·         Each executive will be expected to meet specific daily and weekly KPIs

 

Desired Skills & Experience

·         2+ year’ experience in telesales or inside sales role with excellent consultative selling

·         Proven track record in generating and closing sales

·         Experience in a busy sales role with challenging targets

·         Can-do attitude essential with a hunger and drive to over-achieve and succeed

·         Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment

·         Excellent negotiation, account management, organisational and time management skills

·         Previous experience in retaining customers

·         Fluent spoken and written English

·         Excellent communication skills with a superb telephone manner

·         Outstanding organisational skills with accuracy & attention to detail

·         You must have good computer skills, must be very sales focused and target driven.

·         Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize

·         Flexible work ethos
