We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for design to join us as a business development executive.
Working closely with the MD and working within a passionate and enthusiastic team the individual will be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with existing and new customers that deliver profitable growth for the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Take ownership as account manager to foster and strengthen existing relationships with key accounts. Deepen relationships and consult and advise on design solutions for our customers.
Pilot detailed market analysis and identify opportunities in the wider furniture and interiors market throughout Ireland and develop strategic plan to maximise opportunities. Identify, and build profitable new relationships.
Champion the company’s products and solutions to deliver presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to existing and potential new accounts.
Provide detailed product guidance and project management expertise whilst engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maximise customer experience.
Provide comprehensive data on contact management, pipeline management, key account management and marketing campaign management.
Effectively support the promotion and brand development across channels to deliver on marketing strategy
Develop relationships with industry influencers and wider design community to raise brand awareness and support the best in Irish design, helping them develop high quality, innovative workspace furniture solutions perfectly suited and connected to our customers’ needs.
We are looking for a charismatic and ambitious sales professional with an eye for good design who has proven sales achievements and successful sales history in B2B environment.
You must demonstrate your ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be a motivated self-starter.
Have the ability to interpret and understand client requirements and to distil insights into effective solutions and identifiable opportunities for business growth.
