Contracts & Key Accounts Manager

A Leading specialist in the field of integrated security systems are now hiring a Contracts & Key Accounts Manager in an exciting and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high performing individual to join a dynamic sales and marketing team with responsibility for negotiating client contracts and drafting as well as be the key account manager for the company's clients. The job will offer a very competitive basic salary plus benefits. You will also be given the opportunity to make this role your own while working with a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for to gain further experience in a fast-past changing environment

Responsibilities:

-Negotiating contracts and SLAs
-Drafting commercial contracts and negotiation
-Be the main point of contact for key clients within the Company’s stakeholder map.
-Prioritise client queries or issues relating to contracts, service levels and impact of regulatory matters on cloud solutions and bespoke customer projects
-Responsible for managing company wide contract documentation MSA’s, SLA’s
-Resolve client queries or issues regarding contracts as a matter of priority
-Communicate with relevant departments and stakeholders regarding the management process
-Inspect financial records with existing client base to identify potential upgrades in accordance with product releases
-Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on matters supporting C-level management
-Build and maintain successful relationships with service providers, suppliers and clients
-Examine and exchange business updates to internal stakeholders and clients in agreement with relevant Irish, EU and US law.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and clients
-Identify potential upgrades for existing clients in accordance with new product releases
-Inform internal stakeholders of all relevant business updates
-Manage DocuSign

Requirements:

-3-5 years Contracts / Bidding experience
-Third Level Qualification
-Previous experience in SaaS/Software or relevant industry
-Experience in contractor work is desirable
-Proven track record of building relationships with different departments and clients.
-Ability to work on their own initiative while working alongside a supportive team
