We are on the lookout for Contact Centre Agent/Call Centre Advisors ,for a busy contact centre located in Belfast, due to fast expanding of the company they're are looking to recruit enthusiastic, highly motivated professionals who are looking to move into a dynamic, fast paced working environment where your hard work will be rewarded.
Job type: Full time and permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm - NO Weekends
Salary:Basic salary- Level 2 �7.05 per hour for under 25's, �7.50 for over 25's, OTE 25-30k + Benefits
For Level 3 �8.19ph

Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to existing customers to sell additional products and upgrades but also contacting customers who are with a competitors to bring them onboard. (COLD CALLING AS WELL)
Level 2 campaigns require a minimum of 6 months customer service experience in one role, salary dependant on age �7.05/�7.50ph
Level 3 campaigns require 6 months sales or 1 years customer service experience in one role, salary �8.19ph
You Will Have:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a concise, clear and focused manner
Skilled in multitasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
