Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily sales administration duties plus back up to sales team
- Entering customer orders into warehouse system
- Taking customer orders, from phone/email/fax and answering switchboard
- Credit Control
- Inputting sales & purchase Ledger invoices
- Filing (manual and electronic)
- Franking, sorting and recording outgoing mail
- Dealing with customer queries
Personal requirements:
- Be Fluent in English
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar post
- The successful candidate will have a warm friendly Yes I can! attitude.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8:45 - 17:00, Friday 8:45 - 16:00
This will be a fixed term specified contract to cover maternity leave.
