We're looking for junior sales/recruitment people that want to develop and grow their business. You provide the talent, we'll provide the training, experience, and a great job.

The role involves business development, Candidate selection, account management, interviewing, forecasting, and advertising.

The ideal candidate:-

Is a born salesperson
Has a record in overachieving against targets in their professional or academic careers.
Can negotiate and closing sales deals
Knows their way around a PC and can is strong on MS Excel and the internet.
Is a self-starter - motivates themselves to succeed
Can work as part of a team and take direction.
Is fluent in both written and verbal English
Has a third level qualification or equivalent
