They are currently looking for a Norwegian Renewals Account Manager to manage and support their channel partners with renewals, upgrades and general inquiries.
The position will see you:
- Supporting existing Customers and Channel partners (by telephone and email)
- Managing all service contracts inquiries - renewals and upgrades
- Working closely with regional sales and service teams to retain business.
- Managing all administrative duties
Ideal Candidates must have:
- At least 2 years previous sales channel / partner sales experience.
- Fluent in both English AND Norwegian
- Renewals experience is a must
- Track record of working towards and achieving set targets
- Strong persuasion skills to ensure customers sign renewal contracts on time
- Pro-active, positive approach to solving problems as they arise
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills are essential
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize task
- Knowledge of security software solutions desirable
- Experience using Sales Force is highly desirably
