What you need for this position:
To be able to develop and close sales opportunities- This position will focus the majority of your time to grow sales within a specific group of targeted accounts as well as supplying support to your existing accounts.
Understanding our business is built on customer satisfaction and ensure we provide a superior level of service
Determine each customer’s needs by asking questions and listening and supplying training when needed.
Review and analyse actions at the end of the day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
Work closely with internal partners and groups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the Sale, ordering & installation process of our Software.
Ability to interact effectively with both non-technical users and highly technical users
Proven field sales record
Excellent follow-through with minimal management.
1 years professional experience working with Microsoft Windows based PCs.
