We are looking for experiences telesales representatives who have consistently hit their sales targets and have worked in anenvironment making 80+ sales calls per day.
OnlineTradesmen is Ireland's largest online home improvement services marketplace. We connect home owners to qualified tradesmen for all sorts of building and home improvement projects across Ireland. We're a highly innovative business based in Churchtown, Dublin 14 - Near major bus routes, 10 minutes from the Luas and close to the M50.
About the Job
We have an exciting vacancy for sales representatives to join a fast moving and dynamic team. Our offices are centrally located near Dundrum town center and the team are hardworking but fun loving, driven and great at what they do!
Role details:
The role involves telesales, business development, lead generation, account management, forecasting and reporting. You will be responsible for building new relationships with trade professionals in Ireland and strengthening existing ones
The ideal candidate:
- Has worked in telesales or direct sales in Ireland
- Has a proven track record in overachieving against sales targets
- Has experience in lead generation and developing pipeline
- Has experience in negotiating with clients and closing sales deals
- Has experience in account managing clients
- Has experience in sales reporting, use of CRM systems and sales forecasting
- Can work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Is fluent in both written and verbal English
- Has a third level qualification or equivalent
- You will have a professional approach, representing our company in a positive and professional way
- Has worked in a pressurised target driven environment. You must be target-driven and results orientated.
