* Drive service excellence as a member of the Emerging Services Department
* Deliver high levels of performance, customer service and a fantastic experience for Emerging Services customer base.
* Provide an effective and efficient service to our Key customers via agreed service levels.
* Own and drive individual projects and activities within Emerging Services Department focused on process re-engineering, efficiency optimisation and innovation.
* Instil a strong customer focused mindset within the team to both ensure adherence to SLA's and delivery of an exceptional customer experience to our clients
* Responsible for a broad remit of Emerging Services processes and activities
* Proactively manage any anticipated or actual escalations
* Provide a single point of contact for all enquiries
* Take ownership of customer issues and use initiative when problem solving - make things happen
* First point of contact on-site while also supporting the Corporate Account Managers and Corporate Support Executives. Handle escalated customer issues from them as they arise, offer advice and expertise
