Sales Operations Manager - SaaS Operations
Our client is a fast growing Healthcare SaaS company with operations in Ireland, UK, Europe & United States. They are recognised as world leaders in their niche market.
They now require an experienced Sales Operations Manager role to assist with managing teams, developing sales strategies, streamlining sales processes and growing overall revenue growth in emerging markets. The HQ is located in Dublin city centre.
Responsibilities:
Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, like email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software.
Optimize lead qualification and scoring.
Manage New Business Inside & Field sales teams across UK & Ireland.
Utilise Pipedrive CRM to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Focus further education and training across teams where required.
Identify new sales territories based on research.
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes.
Assist with onboarding new sales staff.
Skill-sets:
Experienced tracking sales processes and conversing rates throughout the sales funnel.
5 years people management skills.
5 years operational management experience.
Remuneration:
This is a senior management position that comes with a competitive salary range €60k - €70k DOE.
