We are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for our Hospitality/Industrial/Technical Desk.

This is a role with immediate start!

Purpose of the Role

To maximise the Sales and Gross Margin through the recruitment life cycle by providing service excellence to our customers (clients, candidates & workers) by embracing promised based culture.

To act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring that our values and guiding principles are upheld in everything you do, and that any action you take continually works towards achieving ‘high road’ recruitment practices.

Actively driving the company’s business strategy.

Person specification:

We need a proactive recruiter with good negotiations skills, who can build professional relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers & clients).

You need previous recruitment experience within a sales capacity and be highly organised, with excellent people skills and have a good level of MS Office experience.
