Our client is a new up and comer here in Dublin within the health and beauty industry. They are looking for you an expert closer of deals to join their Sales team to help them break into the DACH Market. Bring your passion, bring the hunger and most don’t forget the German language skills.
Earn €27,000 gross per annum basic and near €50,000 OTE based on commission.
What will you do in this job?
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the closing of deals and clients. You are dealing with warm clients so there no cold calling and no account management.
All you need to do is bring your natural charm and charisma to the job to help build a repour with clients to understand their needs and ultimately close the deal.

Who are we looking for?
You will need to have a near native level of German and good level of English. Good communication skills (written & verbal) is needed.
Telesales experience is crucial (1-2 years) but what we are really looking for here is an expert closer – who can prioritise, hungry for success and can work well within a small team. A team that will indeed grow over the next months so we are looking for you to be ok with this too.

You will 2 face-to-face interviews, run through some tasks and complete an online assessment.
