JOB DUTIES
* Achieve daily goals by calling and following up with customers who have expressed an interest in our client’s service
* Consistently close business by phone and email to exceed sales targets and drive revenue
* To work well within your team to hit individual and team targets
* Record and manage opportunities through our CRM system
* Communicate the value and benefit of our client’s offering to potential customers
* Help and support the team in achieving is weekly and monthly targets
* Maintain attention to detail when recording call interactions, notes and activity codes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* 1+ year experience in inside sales
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
* Be hungry for success, be energetic and self-motivated
* A team player with a track record of working collaboratively as part of a larger team on a mission.
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Entrepreneurial – Helping create things that didn’t previously exist
Working Hours:
* Scheduled hours are currently Monday - Saturday, rostered between 9.00am and 7.30pm. This may be subject to change in the future depending on business requirements and flexibility may be required on occasions.Salary 22k plus commission.
