THE COMPANY: Long established foodservice supplier is now expanding their sales team in Ireland. They are one of the country’s leading independent suppliers of catering equipment, catering supplies, and catering consumables. With over 15,000 products within their portfolio, the company have expanded and grown their business over the past 5 years, and now find themselves seeking to recruit additional sales representatives.
THE ROLE: You will inherit a portfolio of clients whilst being tasked with identifying and closing new business. Calling upon existing clients such as hotels, pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes and hospitals, you will utilise your consultative sales approach to uncover growth areas for the business. You will cross and upsell the product range and identify new business opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE: A full company induction and product training program is on offer for the successful salesperson. With this in mind, what you have sold is of no major importance, however, a consultative approach to sales is essential. Ideally, you will be familiar with the foodservice, HORECA industry or have sold multiple products. You may be selling stationery, catering, food, beverage or selling any other catalogue range of products. You will hungry, driven and be looking to carve out a career for yourself. Your attitude to sales and self-motivation is of more importance. They seek a driven and enthusiastic individual who is determined to succeed and is looking to work for an expanding business with a great culture. :
THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary: €30,000 - €38,000
* Bonus: €10,000
