Our client, a Supplier to the Construction Industry based in North Dublin, is looking for a technically minded Sales Support Executive to join their team. There is an attractive salary plus bonus on offer for the successful candidate.

As a Sales Support Executive, your duties & responsibilities will include:

·         Processing customer orders

·         Ensuring orders are dealt with and completed in a timely manner

·         Ensuring stock levels are adequate to complete sales orders

·         Taking ownership of the order management process and support the outside sales team.

·         Advising Customers on the correct product selections based on the information provided.

·         Offering General Office based administration support to all departments.

·         Ensuring seamless deliveries to our customers and from our suppliers

The Successful Candidate:

·         Experience in a similar role is desirable

·         Experience of SAP is desirable

·         You must be technically minded

·         You must be an excellent multi-tasker and highly organised

·         You must have strong IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel
