Our client is part of a network of franchised mortgage service providers operating throughout Ireland. With over 80 years of experience, they understand the challenges facing home-buyers today and seek to make the mortgage process easy and accessible with innovative approaches and flexibility. They are a tied agent of EBS.
As part of exciting growth plans, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of the franchises in Laois and work across the greater Dublin area for a 12 month contract.
This is an incredible opportunity for a mortgage professional with QFA status to take on a new challenge with a nationwide network of financial advisory firms.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing a field-based mortgage advisory service to customers with the aim of generating quotes and bringing them on-board with our client.
Focusing on generating new business and revenue for our client, you will approach large corporations and companies and arrange to deliver presentations to their staff regarding the advantages of our client’s financial advisory services.
You will follow-up with employees looking to directly become involved in a financial services product, particularly a mortgage, collect all relevant paperwork and information and pass it to team members at our client’s office for processing. Acting as the contact for customers, you will provide high levels of accurate, compliant services throughout the process.
This is a full time role working eight hour days, however flexibility will be required in order to facilitate customers’ needs during out-of-hours periods.
To be considered, you will need:
- At a minimum, three years’ experience in a mortgage role
- To be a QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser)
- Your own vehicle
- A full, clean driving licence
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a background in a mortgage brokerage, however, this is by no means essential.
