Experienced hotel receptionist required for a busy 4* hotel in Kilkenny city.

The successful candidate will be expected to check in and check out guests, and answer all enquiries in a friendly professional manner in line with the hotel procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Working knowledge of HotSoft essential
* Must work well as a team, and also be able to work on their own initiative
* Have the ability to multitask
* Must have a friendly personality
* Must have a passion to deliver a high level of customer service

The successful candidate must be available to work days, nights and weekends.
