We are searching for an experienced telemarketer/ telesales executive or outbound customer service advisor to join our growing team based in our Dublin headquarters in Mary’s Abbey, Dublin 7.

The Role: You will get on the phones and make outbound calls to SME decision makers to arrange appointments for the Irish sales’ team. Data is provided, you will help manage the field teams’ diaries and update all customer contact on the company CRM.

We market, sell, install and maintain CCTV, Biometric Access Control and Intruder Solutions, and also DOC which is a monitored, unique defibrillator that saves lives. The Group is a leader in innovative technologies for SME businesses with over 25,000 installations across Europe.

Requirements: You must speak English to a native standard and have a good level of IT competence as well as a great telephone manner, good work ethic and enjoy being part of a great team.

You will need at least one year’s experience of a role that has had outbound telephone sales experience.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills, uncapped commission completes an attractive package.

Hours: Monday to Friday, number of hours / days flexible – can fit around studies or life commitments. Full time or Part time positions available.
