Main purpose of the role:
In this role you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the customers, for building relationships and identifying the client's needs to identify opportunities, maintain relationships and close leads successfully.
You will be responsible for:
Driving sales on their latest cloud and security technology
Engage with customers to create, maintain and close leads working within small to medium sized businesses
Working closely with the regional sales team to identify possible leads in the market
Hitting the targeted KPIs to exceed the business performance targets
Desired skill set:
Must be a Native/Bi-lingual profficient German speaker
1+ years sales/customer service experience
Ideally you will have gained over 2 years experience in a tech sales role
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to communicate successfully over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools
Familiar with modern digital sales technologies and sales tools.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
