THE COMPANY: With another successful year behind them, our client is a global organisation selling a truly diverse range of packaging consumables into the commercial market. They are now looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE: Covering the Munster region area, the successful Business Development Manager will be selling a wide range of packaging consumables. Dealing with business managers and owners. Whilst you will inherit an account base, this position will predominately be focusing on developing new business within the foodservice market. The ability to manage Key Accounts at a senior level is essential to secure this position.
THE CANDIDATE: As a Business Development Manager, you will have strong field sales experience coupled with a successful track record of selling into the food-service marketplace OR you will have exposure to packaging industry.
We are looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals, who are relationship builders that also enjoy winning new business. You will be professional, well trained and be able to demonstrate strong business acumen. The ability to grow and develop into a management role is essential.
BENEFITS OF THIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE:
* Basic salary: €40,000 - €50,000
* + 20% commission
