This world class Tech Multinational has seen incremental growth over the past 3 years within their Dublin based EMEA Inside Sales HQ. They are dominating the marketplace with their cutting edge cloud portfolio including Security, IoT, Mobility to name a few.
With a growing hub comes the requirement for a Senior Sales Manager to come on board and manage a cluster of highly driven, successful Inside Sales Managers, alongside managing your own team of Corporate Global Account Managers. You will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager.
- Manage and lead a cluster of Inside Sales Managers
- Manage a team of inside sales / corporate account managers
- Hire, develop, coach and manage your direct reports to ensure operational excellence
- Manage KPI's, ensure deliverables are exceeded and revenue is achieved
- Identify barriers and to improve productivity and success
- Define and ensure personal development of all direct reports
All candidates must have:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience managing a team of Inside Sales staff, ideally 1 year managing inside sales managers but not essential
- Experience working in a Corporate sales / inside sales environment
- SaaS; Cloud; Technology or Telecoms background is a must
- Proven track record of managing successful inside sales teams
- Solution selling is desired
