They are hiring for a smart, engaging account manager to nurture and grow their existing customer portfolio. No cold calling, just strong relationship building, communication and growth sales skills required!
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Selling / Upselling to existing customers
- Customer retention & maintenance renewals
- Developing longlasting trusted relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records in SalesForce
- Provide monthly forecast of add on business to management
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Min 2 years’ inside sales / account management experience within an IT B2B sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills via the phone and email/internet
- Fluent in English and German
- Engage and develop relationships at Senior / C-Level
- Outstanding professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positve attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com contact management
