Area Sales Manager Job Description:

After a three month training period your role will involve the following disciplines:
• Line Management of two field based Sales Managers
• Lead and mentor your team to ensure they achieve all KPI’s
• Responsibility for Key Account Management
• Liaise with builders, merchants, architects and engineers
• Carry-out merchant and site visits
• Sales and activity reporting

Area Sales Manager: Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum 2 years Line Management experience
• A proven track record in Construction Product sales
• Builders Merchant experience (preferable but not essential)
• Focused on Customer Service
• Good organisational skills
• Target driven & ambitious
• Excellent communication skills
• Selling to builders and specifiers
• Driving Licence is essential
