NK Communications are currently recruiting an Area Manager to work as part of our dynamic team. This is an exciting role with plenty of room to progressive within the company.
The Area Manager will be responsible for the management, co-ordination and training of one of our Residential Field Sales Teams.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional team leading skills, an ambition to succeed and a passion for sales. We are looking for someone who is motivated, charismatic and ready to take the next step in their career.
Ø Manage and motivate a team of 10 + field sales agents
Ø Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets
Ø Recruit and train new staff in the field
Ø Weekly reporting on sales figures, territory and performance
Ø Ensure your team complies with policies and procedures set out by the company
Ø Liaise with office staff and management to ensure smooth running on your team
Ø Strong leadership skills
Ø Proven Field Sales experience is essential
Ø Ability to work independently
Ø Target driven
Ø Excellent Communication Skills
Ø Full Drivers Licence
