Technical Support Executives required for a busy call centre in Limerick.
General duties include:
- Dealing with new and existing customers over the phone.
- Provide advice, information and assistance on products and services.
- Make sure all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
- Work hard to achieve KPI's in all areas.
- Research information for customers using required resources.
- Troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
- Providing resolutions to customer issues.
